free bottled water was available. biscuits were also provided. the room included a large tv. i found kettle and coffee pod machine facilities. it had complimentary biscuits. the beds and pillows provided comfort.
the Inn had building work. this made it slightly less peaceful than it could be.

the breakfast offered many options. i saw ham, cheeses and croissants. toast was available to order. fresh juice and fruit were also offered. guests could boil their own fresh eggs.

The evening meal tasted excellent. The pub decor really suited the character of the building. the shower was fabulous, i must say.

The breakfast was varied. It included a continental style offered during midweek stays. Staff was friendly. Parking was directly in front of the room.
Some staff members seemed unfriendly. I was told the wait for food would be long due to a large group. I also felt locals received more attention.

I found the staff helpful . The newly refurbished bedroom featured a modern bathroom. I particularly appreciated the excellent walk-in shower. The bar offered a good selection of beers and spirits.
The only minor inconvenience was the limited availability of drinks at the bar late in the evening.

The hotel provided nice evening meals of very good quality. Continental breakfast included a lovely selection of cereals and mixed fruit. I also enjoyed the great ham and nice jam.
